Buckminster's procedures have been designed to comply with European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules. The personal data that we collect may encompass two categories: personal identification and business-related information concerning third parties that are involved in our clients' projects. We use that data for the purpose of our projects as well as for purposes of compliance (KYC / Know Your Customer procedures).

Under GDPR rules, the firm commits to the following:

use personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner that respects the rights of all third parties concerned
limit data usage and minimise the quantity of data held: only data that is relevant and necessary shall be collected, as part of a legitimate and stated purpose, and it shall not be used for other purposes
