Each client has permanent access to the Partner in charge of the mission. The Partner is the client's primary point of contact and organises the project team's work to provide the client with the best possible service experience and outcome.
We work long hours to satisfy several clients simultaneously but our goal is that each client feels that he is our top priority at the time. We have fond memories of instances when clients discovered - with disbelief - how busy we had been during the months leading to the Closing of their project.
In large financial institutions, Mergers and Acquisition activities are often used as a "recruiting" tool for other lucrative activities such as debt structuring or private banking. As an independent advisory firm, we do not have such conflicts of interest, focussing solely on successful outcomes for our clients.
